Esbozo y construcción de ACTUM como dispositivo de orientación psicoanalítica lacaniana para el tratamiento del malestar subjetivo docente ofertado dentro los departamentos de consejería estudiantil en el Ecuador.

Abstract

Subjective discomfort in teachers, within the educational institutional environment, is a situation that is gaining strength in groups of teacher’s day by day. The media expose with greater emphasis and recurrence the situations that teachers must deal with in their actions. But there are their own, internal, singular situations that on many occasions make it impossible for them to educate. In today's education, the contemporary teacher is confronted with institutional ideals, his own ideal of educating and the demands of culture. In Ecuador, from the Student Counseling Departments, they seek to establish a device, called ¨Actum¨, which inaugurates a new way of accepting subjective discomfort in teachers within the same educational institutions, bearing in mind the current regulations of the Ministry of Education. To address the issue, it is proposed to know, first, the general considerations on subjective discomfort from a theoretical tour of the work of Sigmund Freud and Jacques Lacan. At the same time, an approach is made to the device and teaching categories that have been defined by various sources such as sociology, pedagogy and the current educational legal framework. Second, it is considered important to know the intervention that is contemplated from psychoanalysis with a Lacanian orientation to a situation of subjective discomfort within the educational institutions of Ecuador through the Student Counseling Departments (Dece). And finally, the limits that DECE professionals have in their actions within educational institutions and the possibilities of intervention and therapeutic effects that could arise are reviewed.
