Estresores psicosociales laborales en el personal del servicio de auxiliares de diagnósticos del Hospital Básico de Esmeraldas, 2020.

Abstract

This research project was carried out at the Basic Hospital of Esmeraldas. The psychosocial stressors in the personnel of the service of diagnostic assistants were studied, the study was directed to the public servants who work there. The general objective was to determine the psychosocial conditions of work that develop stress in the auxiliary diagnostic services staff of the Basic Hospital of Esmeraldas. The present investigation is an analytical, cross-sectional investigation that investigated and established the psychosocial stressors in the staff of the HBE Diagnostic Assistants area and associated them with social, demographic and labor variables. A document was sent to the director of the HBE requesting authorization to carry out the study, and the signed informed consent was then delivered to the staff in the area of diagnostic assistants. From the signature of the participant, we use the Bocanument & Berjan survey, which guarantees the confidentiality of the person and meets technical, academic and bioethical criteria, and then the data was tabulated. Stress levels are high in healthcare personnel, especially in hospital fields and even more in certain areas and specialties. The most prevalent psychosocial stressors in the service of Diagnostic Assistants in the HBE are those related to the part that involves interaction of people: Human Relations and Personnel Management. Regarding gender, women present higher levels and percentages of stress. According to age, the range most affected by psychosocial stressors is younger people.
