| Resumen : | In the following writing, we will work on a clinical case which, has its original name “Mirian Case”. It begins with a tour of the description of the case through the patient's speech. It is about a 40-year-old woman who voluntarily comes to consult, expressing anguish given that her husband is unemployed. Taking charge of all financial responsibility, so that not being able to save enough money to provide her family with a peaceful future causes her discomfort. In addition, he mentions about certain situations experienced in his childhood to the present. In which, they revolve around watching over the Other, caring for others, positioning themselves as the recipient of the torture of others. Leaving aside his personal and professional life. Whose situations to date have not been worked on or overcome. This is why I have titled the case as "Taking charge of the pain of others to be someone." |
| Descripción : | En el siguiente escrito, se trabajará sobre un caso clínico el cual, lleva como nombre original “Caso Mirian” Se inicia con un recorrido sobre la descripción del caso mediante el discurso de la paciente. Se trata de una mujer de 40 años de edad quien acude por voluntad propia a consulta, manifestando angustia dado que, su esposo se encuentra desempleado. Haciéndola cargo de toda responsabilidad económica, de manera que, no poder ahorrar el dinero suficiente para brindar a su familia un futuro tranquilo le genera malestar. Además, menciona sobre ciertas situaciones vividas en su infancia hasta la actualidad. En las cuales, giran en torno a velar por el Otro, preocuparse por los demás, ubicándose como receptora del suplicio ajeno. Dejando a un lado su vida personal y profesional. Cuyas situaciones hasta el día de hoy no han sido trabajadas ni superadas. Es por esto que, he titulado el caso como “Encargarse del dolor ajeno para ser alguien”. |
