Diseño e implementación de un punto de venta web utilizando herramientas inteligentes y control de materia prima e inventario de productos terminados en la Pastelería Artesanal “Fina Repostería”.

Abstract

For the present work, with the purpose of developing and implementing a web application to be able to carry out the adequate control and updating of inventory and raw materials required by the artisanal pastry shop "Fina Repostería", an investigation was carried out with a qualitative approach which allows the analysis and interpretation of the manual process that the pastry shop takes today; using the iterative research methodology in order to obtain the necessary information that facilitates the design of the proposed system, frequently improving the functionalities of the web application until the required result is achieved. The final solution is the design of a web application with a friendly interface, easy to use and compatible with different operating systems. The result of this implementation reduces the time of information entry and improves raw material inventory control since the processes are automated.
