Estudio de factibilidad para la creación de un centro de capacitación administrativa- financiera para el sector agrícola femenino del cantón Biblian Provincia del Cañar

Abstract

This research project allows to determine the viability and financial feasibility for the implementation of an administrative-financial training center for the female agricultural sector of the Biblian canton, Province of Cañar, to comply with the indicated, an analysis and evaluation of the theoretical foundation is developed. , referential and conceptual. The training center offers the target market various services with the best levels of education, as well as trainers and administrative staff focused on delivering a quality service that meets the demands of the market. The research project obtains information from primary sources through the application of surveys aimed at the female market with average ages between 18 to 50 years who reside in the Biblián canton, the data collection will determine the degree of acceptance of the population by this type of services; On the other hand, a market audit was carried out where the behavior of the sector was evaluated, determining the demand that exists in the Canton. With information from secondary sources, web pages, research tools, etc., a technical, organizational and marketing study was developed to define the physical, technological, organizational infrastructure, and positioning strategies, finally the project was evaluated through an economic and financial study. With the results obtained from the financial analysis, the profitability of the project was demonstrated, justifying the investment and the opening of the company, ending with the conclusions and recommendations.
