Plan de intervención turística para la playa El Encanto del cantón de Samborondón, provincia de Guayas.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to propose a tourism intervention plan for El Encanto beach in the canton of Samborondón, Guayas province, with the three objectives of diversifying the sector: • Diagnosis of the tourism system to be developed in the operation of the tourism sector. • Design a market study to know the characteristics of the consumption of tourists and visitors. • Design a tourism intervention plan for El Encanto beach in the canton of Samborondón. The methodology applied was a descriptive study, mixed approach, quantitative and qualitative for the method used inductive-empirical, the techniques used to collect data information to expand the tools and conduct surveys, interviews, in order to analyze and identify the needs of tourism intervention; the inhabitants of the spa sector, is to know the expectations of tourists who visit the place to bring the results obtained. That are proposed strategies on the beach to be a safe destination and be recognized nationally and internationally; also, can be found: a communication plan, improvement in the tourism market, and health security against covid- 19, this project, it is determined that the beach El Encanto de Samborondón, has a lot of future potential in tourism, which will benefit economically in the tourism sector. Finally, it is hoped that this titling work will be implemented in the beach resort, being financed by the municipality of Samborondón and carrying out the respective control of this project so that there will be an improvement of equipment in the area for the inhabitants.
