Una histeria silenciosa.

Abstract

"A silent hysteria" corresponds to the analysis of a clinical case "Berta", which was analyzed through the psychoanalytic approach from the case study and the clinical method. The objective of this degree work was to describe, analyze, interpret, and argue the mechanisms and phenomena that support a subjective structure, to establish a diagnostic hypothesis, based on the material of a clinical case. Bertha, a 40-year-old woman who complains about her "social success, in addition to the fact that her friends do not invite her or answer calls", regarding the labor area, also states that she is having problems obtaining a job since she has always failed. "When she went to the admission interview, she was paralyzed and confused" A woman whose phantasmatic construction accounts for her insistence on naming herself "excluded" since her childhood, signifiers have been sustaining her subjective position based on a neurotic clinical structure: hysterical modality. The case was analyzed from three levels, one phenomenological, another dynamic and finally another structural. Levels that allowed to analyze the dialectic of Berta's subjective position and her way of being and doing with life.
