Los hijos del maltrato infantil : implicaciones subjetivas de los niños en entornos intrafamiliares violentos.

Abstract

In this research’s work, it will work with the subjective implications of children in violent intra-family environments. In which a bibliographic tour will be made in different aspects, into them is; the social, the psychoanalytic, the legal and historical about what is understood as child abuse. At the same time, details will be made of what is known as abuse, articulating it with the concept of the death drive, the differences between abuse, aggressiveness and violence are developed, locating that aggressiveness is constitutive of the self and how important it is to give up destructive impulses by the intervention of the law. From these concepts, will continue to do the respective points to understand the subjective implications of parents who generate violence towards their children, and of the children in how they subjectify these experiences of abuse by those who should give care and affection.
