Abstract

This research work will analyze the incidence of psychological impact, family prejudice and the absence of timely attention in the subjective responses of adults who were victims of child sexual abuse, as a psychological and psychoanalytic reflection to understand the origin of the problematic. In this way, a theoretical journey with a psychoanalytic and judicial approach will be carried out, in which how sexuality is constructed in childhood and puberty will be addressed, from the elements postulated by psychoanalysis through a bibliographical analysis. Likewise, the relationship of the family in this sexual construction for the child, the functions carried out by the father and the mother. On the other hand, the psychological indications of the victims will be analyzed from the experiences of abuse, through the formation of these symptoms and the psychic trauma. In turn, the legal approach that must be carried out in situations of child sexual abuse will be taken into account. Therefore, it will end with an analysis of interviews, based on the professionals selected in psychological and legal symptoms, experts in the field.
