Propuesta de creación del Departamento de Internacionalización en el Municipio del cantón Esmeraldas.

Abstract

This investigative work has the purpose of making known whether or not the creation of an Internationalization Department in the Municipality of the Esmeraldas canton is feasible. The study is non-experimental in nature with a mixed approach, with two instruments: survey and interviews, whose scope is descriptive. The feasibility of the creation of the department is reflected in the frameworks used in the investigation and the interviews with municipal officials, whose questions were related to the internationalization of the municipality. In addition, a survey was conducted of forty entrepreneurs from Esmeraldas, with the purpose of allowing the researcher to have a closer view of the reality of the entrepreneur from Esmeraldas and, based on the answers, prepare the proposal that aims to internationalize the enterprises. The results show that, in effect, the creation of the Internationalization Department in the Municipality of the Esmeraldas canton is necessary. In addition, ways, strategies, modalities were analyzed, with which the internationalization process can begin to work. This will allow both the canton of Esmeraldas and other entities to see beyond its beaches and begin to take advantage of its people.
