Propuesta de intervención desde el trabajo social : caso de un estudiante de 7mo año escolar que presenta problemas de conducta en una institución educativa de la ciudad de Guayaquil.

Abstract

This intervention proposal is proposed from the educational field in Social Work. The case is of an 11-year-old student in the seventh grade of basic education, who presents behavioral problems with his teachers and classmates, also not attending virtual classes, causing a low school performance, news that was reported to the Department of Student Counseling (DECE). The case is followed up, based on a diagnosis by means of the "Social Case Method", incorporating observation and interview techniques. The observation was applied to study the characteristics of the student’s environment, as well as the attitudes that the student and his family manifest to the problem. To understand the problem, we have seen the case assigned from the ecological theory proposed by Urie Bronfenbrenner, author who proposes how the environment in which the human being develops can positively or negatively affect human development. After having analyzed the different systems and subsystems such as: microsystem, mesosystem, exosystem and macrosystem in which the child or young person develops results in a diagnostic hypothesis and from it an intervention plan is planned. Through the intervention and the different techniques proposed will contribute to the existence of assertive communication, defined roles, so that each member of the family contributes to the bio-psycho social and spiritual development of the student.
