Abstract

This document contains the development of the architectural project of a school forest located in Olón, this is made up of volumes of classrooms, housing for teachers and / or students, administrative center and also, scientific research centers. For the design process, a critical analysis of the current situation of the land has been carried out in accordance with the social and physical conditions, in order to thus respond to the user's demands. The school forest project proposes an alternative to the traditional education method that occurs within classrooms, this ¨ School Forest Methodology ¨ aims to create a link between the student and nature by creating an improvement in the quality of life of the students. students and likewise, a more autonomous development based on the experiences that each student is capable of obtaining. The design of the School Forest, consists mainly of classrooms, a multipurpose room, dining room, library, laboratories, among others. This is developed in internal as well as external areas that allow a connection, where the user is able to relate to nature and thus, be able to discover the different sites that are generated by fueling their curiosity.
