Abstract

Title: Lack of financial management in the company Impromaf C.A. Problem: The lack of a Problem: The lack of a sufficiently clear, precise and concise administrative tool has led the administration of several companies down a dangerous path that threatens stability and sustainability in the market. Objective: To diagnose the management of financial administration in decision making in the company Impromaf C.A. Methodology: The research used secondary sources, applying documentary research techniques such as book sources, among others; and likewise contain relevant information on the subject to be investigated in the company Impromaf C.A. to learn about aspects of financial management and its impact on decision making. Results: Insufficient management of financial information is evidenced since it does not reflect complete information in its accounting records and financial indicators are not calculated for the control of accounts. Discussion and Findings: Without tools to analyze and interpret financial metrics, the risk of making poor decisions increases. It is evident that a series of factors will be affected if the employees who work for the company do not have the necessary information for decision making.
