Abstract

Among the different aspects that can be found when proposing a presumptive structure of a case, it is common to take into account the variability of the significances and how these can be presented when giving clinical and theoretical meaning to what the patient wants and need to say about a symptom, desire and enjoyment before make a request for consultation. That's the reason for the announcement order and form of how it is shown, giving a logical reason and not a chronological, of the build-up of the case. The following case, that this work develops, presents a redaction of needs for a presumptive structure of hysterical neurosis before partner relationships and how it can affect the subjectivity of the patient at the moment of feeling important and indispensable to the other person. With this, in the first moment, the case shows a direct need for a guard search in her romantic relations. Then, it is to be consider if the patient is in danger or if there is a subjective structure that is searching to explain and further understand in relations to the significance that the patient is providing in her speech regarding the insatisfaction of the hysteria and desire of the other and their location as a magnet to violent men.
