Abstract

In this degree work an architectural proposal is presented to develop a housing building that seeks to provide lodging and basic services that together with the Kairos foundation that seeks to contribute safety to children and young people who have been affected by abuse family member, Abandonments and more circumstances. This project aims to house a certain number of children, youth and adolescents to give a predominantly established housing program as their home. For this, their respective critical analysis of the environment that directly conditions the terrain and the space that can provide the user was carried out. Despite the situation, it is proposed to develop suggestive meeting spaces, that is, spaces that seek their integration among users. Formally a rectangular block is interpreted with a central garden that seeks to highlight its materiality and the structure of the house.
