Instrucción de la causa en el proceso de nulidad matrimonial.

Abstract

The purpose of this work is to understand and comprehend the process of marriage nullity and the great importance that a correct instruction of the cause has for such process to reach a successful conclusion, as well as to show different facts that cause the lack of agility, that is to say, a delay and in a certain way a detriment of justice. Throughout the research we will take a look at the meaning and origin of marriage, reviewing the role played by the Church in it and its action in case there is a conflict between the spouses. We will also find in this research an analysis of the process of matrimonial nullity and the aspects that help to have instruction and completion of the process, as well as certain aspects that in a certain way affect the speed of the process, producing that the truth can not be reached in a timely manner along with certain observations that could help to remedy these phenomena.
