Análisis de ciberacoso o ciberbullying como medio de victimización en línea de niños, niñas y adolescentes.

Abstract

The academic article includes the legal analysis of cyberbullying of childrenor adolescents caused through social networks; where protection measures enshrined in the Organic Code for Children and Adolescents will be reviewed in theevent of abuse. Verify if the protection measures are efficient in safeguarding the integral development of the minor in the face of this current situation given by technology and because it is a priority group as established by the Constitutional Norm of Ecuador. In our country, social networks are used massively by children and adolescents, which allows them to have direct communication with people older than them. Problem that was investigated because children and adolescents are cyber bullied. In other words, the current need to identify this new form of abuse isjustified, and the protection measures that should be applied in these cases and criminal sanctions. Must be taken into account, current technology makes it difficultto identify who is the active subject, what are the intentions with the child or adolescents; and the place of residence of this subject is unknown.
