Diseño de modelo de negocio para campamento turístico en el recinto Matilde Esther, del cantón General Antonio Elizalde, provincia del Guayas.

Abstract

The present investigation was carried out to find out if designing a business model such as a tourist camp in the Matilde Esther compound, in the General Antonio Elizalde canton, in the province of Guayas is feasible or not. To carry out the investigative study, 3 chapters were presented respectively. At the beginning of the research topic, it is known about the problems that were had while meeting the objectives set, after the analysis of the different types of research according to various authors. It is also detailed that it is a camp and why it is necessary to develop it as a tourist service, since it provides many benefits to the tourist and the host community. The investigation seeks an alternative to reactivate the economy in the compound. Tourism is known as an activity that has been carried out by people for a long time, it is done for various reasons, mainly to recreate, experiment; and learn about other customs and cultures. In addition, for the project, surveys were carried out that as a result showed that the people of the city of Guayaquil are interested in carrying out tourist activities in the camp in the Matilde Esther compound, on the other hand, an interview was carried out with a tourism professional to know their opinions and advice on improving tourism in the area. In conclusion, it is necessary for the authorities to create a plan to promote sustainable tourism, which seeks a minimum impact on the environment and take advantage of the natural resources that Matilde Esther has to offer.
