La clínica de las toxicomanías y el alcoholismo en relación con la época : una visión psicoanalítica.

Abstract

The present research work has as its theme "The clinic of drug addiction and alcoholism in relation to the time: a psychoanalytic vision", based on the fact that psychoanalysis works on the singularity of the subject before the cause of consumption. This work analyses the psychoanalytic care device, in its application to the particularities of the drug addiction clinic, through a bibliographic and case material review, to present it as a possible care tool for alcohol and drug users. This research was carried out based on a bibliographic review of texts by various authors, including Freud and Lacan, as well as texts by Fabián Naparstek. Clinical cases are also verifying the validity of the theory, in which it can be appreciated how the subjective is presented, the discomfort they carry is the cause of consumption and not the drug object as such. It was possible to reach the conclusion that psychoanalysis is a pertinent form of approach and with certain advantages and is effective as a way of working with drug addicts. It is verified that the psychoanalytic care device can treat the problem of drug addiction and alcoholism in a singular way, marking an effect on the subject that serves to sustain him/her out of consumption.
