Estudio de factibilidad para la creación de un centro de desarrollo infantil y estimulación temprana para niños en la provincia de Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas.

Abstract

The business plan is a roadmap that allows meeting the organizational objectives that in relation to early stimulation promotes the development of children at an early age, to provide skills throughout their lives. The general objective of the research was to analyze the feasibility for the creation of a child development and early stimulation center for children in the province of Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas. The research methodology had a quantitative approach, deductive method, descriptive scope and non-experimental design, using the survey as a data collection tool. Among the main results were that the vast majority have children under three years of age and that they consider early stimulation important to help them in gross and fine motor skills and plastic arts. For the creation of the center, the situational analysis was based on an organizational structure of nine collaborators with social network strategies, internet through Google and e-mail marketing. The necessary investment will be $60,098.4, financed with 50% of own capital and the difference with a five-year bank loan, with an interest rate of 11.4%. When analyzing the financial feasibility, an IRR of 32.7% and a NPV of $51,824.0 were obtained with a recovery of the investment in three years, one month and 13 days.
