Abstract

In this research, the objective was to work on the relationship of the vulnerable subjective position, in children of 4 - 5 years of age from a particular educational institution, with the symptomatic manifestations through the body. The descriptive method was used, in order to identify and describe the symptoms presented by the children through their body. The information obtained through observation was analyzed in order to know what caused these manifestations; for which, the concepts of psychoanalytic theory were taken as a reference, making use of the bibliographic method. The documented bibliography was also considered, allowing it to work on the information collected during the pre-professional practices carried out with children, in an educational context. It has been possible to conclude, among other aspects, that the importance of the presence of parental figures in the process of construction of subjectivity in children is decisive, due to the fact that a lack, excess or mismanagement in relation to these figures It could cause problems and repercussions for the child.
