Incidencia de los significantes amo en la construcción del perfil del abusador sexual.

Abstract

The following research was based on the analysis of how the social master signifiers impact in the construction of the profile of a sexual abuser, being conformed by three chapters where it explains the definitions of the master signifiers and the discourse of the master, at the same time conceptualizing its different elements, the determination of subjective elements and social guidelines, how these have been through that process and if those take prevalence at the moment of considering a subject as a sexual abuser and identify those signifiers that affect in the construction of the profile of a sexual abuser. Inside the chapters, it seeks to explain the process that takes every subject to become or being considered a sexual abuser, from a psychoanalytic and juridical approach. The investigative approach is qualitative and it takes part form the interpretative paradigm, in which it considers the understanding of the process from beliefs, values and thoughts that a person can have, which takes a step to use the descriptive method that allows to know more about the incidence of the masters signifiers through bibliographical sources and semi-structured interviews to professionals who have the experience because of the work about sexual abuse or in prisons. These techniques of research, allow to improve the study and analysis of this topic to be able to know the processes that take the subject to become an abuser and how the signifiers operate in their lives.
