La función del fantasma y su relación con el establecimiento de vínculos sociales del sujeto psicótico.

Abstract

The present work has been proposed with the aim of analyzing the relationship between the fundamental fantasy and the establishment of social bonds of the psychotic subject. The research was carried out due to the fact that different professionals propose the non-existence of the fundamental fantasy in psychosis. Therefore, this degree work can be used as a reference to propose a possible differential approach. At the same time, it seeks to provide alternatives for a psychological work that allows favoring the social bond of the psychotic subject, taking into account the resources of each case. The research was developed by means of a qualitative approach and bibliographic review in order to support the information of this work with academic sources. On the other hand, semi-structured interviews were conducted in order to obtain information from the professional perspective reflected in practice. The development of this project allowed to know under the perspectives of the authors and professionals the possible stabilizing mechanisms that allow the psychotic subject to bond with the other. Consequently, the possibility of the existence of the phantasm in psychosis through delirium and substitutions is raised, being these possible stabilizers of the psychotic subject.
