La construcción de la imagen corporal y su incidencia en la manifestación de la anorexia.

Abstract

The objective of this research work was to analyze the relationship between the construction of body image and the manifestation of anorexia. It was presented as ideal to carry out this work with the analysis of cases of adolescent girls, since they are the most vulnerable group regarding this eating disorder. So, applying the correlational method, we sought to demonstrate the relationship between the variables. In this way it was possible to carry out the first objective through a bibliographical review, where it was possible to conceptualize the construction of the body image and the factors that affect it. Subsequently, and through the analysis of cases, it was evidenced which is the view that psychoanalysis gives regarding anorexia and finally, based on what was done, it was possible to establish the connection between the variables that build the body image and its condition with respect to what is manifest eating disorders such as anorexia.
