| dc.description | El presente documento propone el desarrollo de una vivienda colectiva de CLT (Cross-Laminated Timber), conformada por viviendas de interés social y viviendas de interés público en el centro de la ciudad de Guayaquil. El diseño pretende sumar a la reactivación del sector de la calle Panamá en el centro de la ciudad, a partir de la directa integración con el espacio público preexistente. Por otro lado, se proponen diversos tipos de unidades de vivienda adaptables a las distintas necesidades de las familias que las habitan. Además, se prevé que los habitantes del conjunto se relacionen entre si a partir de espacios comunes planteados. El proyecto pretende aportar al déficit de vivienda en el centro de la ciudad y logra establecer un prototipo de vivienda colectiva a replicar en un futuro. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | This document proposes the development of a CLT (Cross-Laminated Timber) collaborative housing, consisting of social housing and public interest housing in the downtown of the city of Guayaquil. The design aims to help the recovery of the Panama street area, by implementing a direct integration with the pre-existing public space. On the other hand, various types of housing units are designed to fit the different needs of the users. In addition, it is expected that the residents of the complex interact with each other at the common spaces assigned. The project aims to contribute to the housing deficit in the city’s downtown and helps establish a collective housing prototype to be replicated in the future. | en_US |
