Abstract

The following project studies the intervention and proposed revitalization of the collective housing blocks of the IESS, which are located in Gómez Rendón Street between Av. of the Army and Maldonado. This revitalization, based on the current bleak situation of the building, requires an analysis of existing housing, facilities, infrastructure and superstructure. As a result of the analysis, it is concluded that housing within the complex is not optimal for decent housing, therefore, new housing modules are proposed taking into account the minimum footage provided by MIDUVI. Implementing a constructive solution that improves the spatial and visual quality of the users of this building.
