El abuso sexual silenciado en la infancia : incidencia de los factores familiares, socioculturales y jurídicos.

Abstract

The topic of investigation was the silenced sexual abuse in childhood and the incidence of the familiar, social-cultural, and legal factors, which importance was based on the alarming situation in which child sexual abuse as well as the response of the familiar, cultural and professional collectives are found in the face of this problem. The aim was to analyze the incidence of the familiar, social-cultural and legal factors in the silenced sexual abuse in childhood through a psychological, social and legal view to generate an academic reflection about the problem. The methods utilized consisted in a qualitative design from a psychoanalytic current to gather information through bibliographic revision and semi structured interviews with professionals that interact with this problem firsthand. This theorical synthesis resulted in the affirmation that, in fact, this factor influences in the silence towards sexual abuse in childhood, hence the importance of perform a multidisciplinary vision about the phenomenon.
