| Resumen : | The present work carried out a case analysis of Paqui, a 21-year-old woman who attended therapy for 6 months after suffering abuse by her ex-partners. The analysis was made from a psychoanalytic point of view, taking into account important concepts through the different: phenomenological, dynamic and structural, with the aim of deepening the structure of the case and diagnostic hypothesis, as it is a "hysterical neurosis" based on symptomatology, jouissance and desire. It is worth mentioning that an important aspect lies around the question "What is it to be a woman?", a question that was worked on in the case, based on the relationships that Paqui maintains with her relatives, friends, co-workers and ex-partners. This last relationship is what prompted Paqui to seek help because of her discomfort. This is why the theme of the research focused on Paqui and her jouissance in giving everything, that is, her position in relation to her relationship with the Other, falling into a dynamic of suffering around signifiers such as: helping and giving disproportionately, giving everything, saving the other and sacrificing herself. |
| Descripción : | El presente trabajo realizó un análisis de caso de Paqui, una mujer de 21 años que acude a terapia por 6 meses tras sufrir maltrato por parte de sus exparejas. El análisis se dio a partir de una mirada psicoanalítica tomando en cuenta conceptos importantes a través de los diferentes: fenomenológica, dinámico y estructural, con el objetivo de profundizar la estructura del caso e hipótesis diagnostica, al tratarse de una “neurosis histérica” en base a la sintomatología, goce y deseo. Cabe mencionar, que un aspecto importante yace entorno a la interrogante ¿Qué es ser mujer?, pregunta que se trabajó en el caso, en base a las relaciones que Paqui mantiene con sus familiares, amigos, compañeros de trabajo y sus ex-parejas. Esta última relación es la que impulsó a Paqui a buscar ayuda debido a su malestar. Es por esto, que el tema de la investigación se centró en Paqui y su goce en el dar todo, es decir, la posición de ella frente a su relación con el Otro, cayendo en una dinámica de sufrimiento entorno a significantes, como: ayudar y entregar desmedidamente, darlo todo, salvar al otro y sacrificarse. |
