| Abstract: | This degree work proposes an architectural proposal to create a welcoming and comfortable living space, which meets and satisfies the needs of minors between 9 and 11 years of age from the San Eduardo neighborhood located in the city of Guayaquil; Through this architectural project, we seek to provide a multifunctional space which enhances the integral development and good use of the free time of these minors in a state of abandonment. |
| Description: | Este trabajo de titulación plantea una propuesta arquitectónica de crear un espacio habitacional, acogedor y confortable, el cual cumpla y satisfaga las necesidades de menores de edad entre 9 y 11 años de edad del barrio San Eduardo ubicado en la ciudad de Guayaquil; mediante este proyecto arquitectónico se busca brindar un espacio multifuncional el cual potencie el desarrollo integral y buen uso del tiempo libre de estos menores en estado de abandono. |
