Abstract

The present research work is to improve the product quality of the Industrial Zone feeder located in the Canton of La Libertad, Province of Santa Elena, to solve unforeseen disconnections in the sectors that are connected to the feeder, the imbalance of the electrical fluid, this is due to electrical installations of new services or network expansions that are not registered in the energy marketer's system where the load demand increases in the Industrial Zone feeder of the Libertad substation. With field work, the Industrial Zone feeder will be improved by approving medium voltage structures, carrying out the respective balancing of the three phases, making abutments for future electrical connections, since if there were network expansion in the sectors, demand would increase and The respective balancing would be carried out again and the feeder disconnection opening would not be carried out since it would directly affect the users who are connected to the network. The work would be carried out with the energized line personnel. All live line staples would also be removed. connected to the feeder since they were once connected provisionally and the respective improvements or repairs were never made, these staples connected directly to the line cause false contacts and deterioration of the conductor. This project offers a practical and theoretical scheme based on the balance or unbalance of the electrical flow in the overhead networks of the Industrial Zone feeder of the La Libertad 13.8 kV substation. These unbalances cause a reduction in the useful life of the equipment and electrical networks installed in the electrical distribution system.
