Abstract

This project proposes the development of a functional prototype of a Generative AI agent specialized in creating drafts of university editorial content. Unlike general tools such as the various chatbots available online, such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Deepseek, this agent will be contextualized to the communication needs of academic units. The solution aims to automate the creation of specialized prompts, ensuring consistency in tone, institutional style, and efficiency in content generation. The prototype will consist of a web application with a simple interface where the user enters parameters such as topic, tone, and target audience. The system will process this data, generate structured instructions, and integrate with the API of a generative AI model to produce drafts of posts or announcements. Finally, user testing will be conducted to validate the system's quality and usability.
