Abstract

This project, "Design and illustrations for micro-stories based on the history, customs and traditions of Ferrocarriles del Ecuador" arises due to the lack of advertising material on the part of the organization "Tren Ecuador", which offers tourists a souvenir of the journey in order to create a brand-client emotional bond. In order to develop the book, surveys, interviews and a survey of the Ecuador Train are carried out. In order to fulfill the objective, we have the help of Carlos Figueroa, student at the University of the Arts, who collaborates with the micro-stories and then takes them to a conceptual illustration design process using the engraving technique, to later provide an attractive book that serves for distribution in the tourism sector, Tren Ecuador.
