Description: Human rights are of an inalienable character, for that reason no person can remove these rights to another, beyond the legal regulation that has been established in its environment. Human rights are irrevocable, that is, they cannot be abolished, nontransferable, that an individual can not transfer them to another, and can not be renounced, that no one can reject them. Within the human rights, we find the right to food, which is one of the primordial ones for the subsistence of each person to lead a dignified life, and that the State has the obligation to guarantee it. Feeding more than being important for subsistence is also important for a person to develop their mental and physical abilities. Food in Law, constitutes everything that a person needs to be able to support himself as the dress, education, housing, among others. This right also gives rise to the legal obligation to provide food, where certain people are obliged to provide food in order to meet the needs of this person who can not do it by itself. This obligation is constituted by the payment of maintenance maintenance periodically and that the feeder provides economically to the food.
