Análisis de las incidencias financieras en el concesionario del aeropuerto de Guayaquil correspondiente al periodo 2016.

Abstract

This study focuses on the parameters that have a financial impact on the management of the Guayaquil airport administration on period 2016. A historical, documentary and explanatory investigation was carried out where the behavior of tourism could be evidenced over the years 2010 to 2015, the capture and promotion of new air routes driven by the concessionaire and the possible financial scenarios can be presented during five years after 2016. Through statistical data it was shown how tourism has been a contribution to the national economy, from which region of the world have been the most frequent visits, in addition tourism development measured in millions of dollars and its location in the Trade Balance of Services. The airport sector was also studied, where it was shown how Guayaquil city represents a potentially high market for the development and increase of air routes to the most important destinations such as European and North America. It was emphasized in the financial statements obtained by the concessionaire of Guayaquil airport from 2011 to 2016, its most relevant financial indexes and five-year cash flow projections, the present value was established in conservative and critical scenarios, allowing to be alert before any risk that prevents the fulfillment of the obligations.
