El cutting en adolescentes, como acting out, frente al discurso materno contemporáneo.

Abstract

The main purpose of this thesis was to analyze Cutting in adolescents, as an acting out, as opposed to contemporary maternal discourse. The relevance of the research lies in the growing manifestation of this problematic product of a maternal discourse that at present is unable to transmit enough signifiers to process the anguish of the adolescent in relation to the social act. The methodological approach used was mixed, since the research was approached by the qualitative method, by means of the analysis of a case and quantitative, by means of surveys administered to eighth grade students of a fiscomisional school in the city of Guayaquil. Likewise, a theorization based on the bibliography of psychoanalytic authors who perform a relevant approach to the phenomenon under investigation was carried out. As results it was obtained that the cutting is an acting out that has as a purpose a call to the Other, especially a call to the parents immersed in couple conflicts, where the deregulated maternal speech leaves marks in the subjectivity of the adolescent, filling him with anguish and pushing him to seek a psychic equilibrium through cutting
