Abstract

The present dissertation takes a theoretical journey supported on bibliographic dated covering social theories and psychoanalysis, with the aim of illustrating the existance of a perennial condition of domination base don sexual difference, the ways in which these conditions of domination are reproduced and, relying on psychoanalytic theory, to elaborate this as a form of relationship that, finally, results in a rejection of the other. The methodological framework applied in this work was longitudinal or evolutional, which focuses on the search of information from different points in time to infer, causes and effects of categories, concepts, events, variables, contexts or communities.
