Abstract

The Code of Children and Adolescents and the Civil Code, through the supervision of the Ministry of Economic and Social Inclusion, regulate the process of adoption of children within Ecuador. This implies that adopters must abide by the parameters as those who do not have the age to adopt and comply with the same rights and rights that a family that has been constituted by natural procreation have. This is a procedure that in the best of cases, reaches a resolution, whether positive or negative, after months started. Sometimes, it can even take years for complications between the parties involved. Therefore, this work proposes an alternative that facilitates the integration of the adoptive family with the chosen child and that it leaves the protection of the system, without the process extending so long, that is, it aims to optimize the adoption process through its transfer to notarial law..
