| Résumé: | The present work analyzes the results of the reform that in 2014 experienced the Organic Code of Territorial Organization (COOTAD) by which the Municipal Autonomous Decentralized Government must approve the plans of fractionation of rural properties, prior to the celebration of the public deed of transfer of ownership before a Notary, a situation that causes inconveniences both to the user and to the Notary. |
| Description: | El presente trabajo analiza los resultados de la reforma que en 2014 experimentó el Código Orgánico de Ordenamiento Territorial (COOTAD) por la cual el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal deberá aprobar los planos de fraccionamiento de predios rurales, previo a la celebración de la escritura pública de transferencia de dominio ante Notario, situación que causa inconvenientes tanto al usuario como al Notario. |
