Incidencia de la función paterna en el comportamiento de los estudiantes de primero de Bachillerato del paralelo “A” de la Unidad Educativa Econ. Abdón Calderón Muñoz.

Abstract

The present investigation focuses on identifying the incidence of paternal function in the behavior of students in the first year of the "A" parallel baccalaureate of the Educational Unit Econ. Abdón Calderón Muñoz of the city of Milagro, in this educational institution behavioral problems are presented in a large number of students, because they do not obey the internal regulations, they want to raise their own laws even if they harm others, they constantly relapse into inappropriate acts and this together seriously affects the image of the educational establishment. It is pertinent to carry out this investigation because it seeks to identify the actions or omissions in the paternal function that originate the inappropriate acts of certain students and also provide recommendations to improve their behavior, thus achieving the benefit of all members of the educational community. The mixed methodological approach was used, since the qualitative and quantitative data were collected, examined and associated in the same investigation, with the purpose of responding to the established approach, the assessment instruments used were the surveys and interviews applied to the target population study. The main results obtained were that the paternal function significantly influences the students by internalizing the institutional regulations, that is, their behavior is the result of the work done by the parents during the early stages of their development, it was evidenced that in the target population study there is a decline of the paternal function, which generates the absence of the symbolic law and difficulty to assimilate the regulations.
