| Résumé: | Within the present investigation a detailed study of the history of the notary and its evolution is developed, starting with the antecedents of the notarial activity in Egypt, Palestine, Greece, Rome and its expansion in Europe and Latin America, as established in our country and its development of the notary in the city of Guayaquil to the present. Likewise, an analysis is developed of the changes that the evolution of the notary has generated in the regulations that regulate the notarial system, to the exercise of the notarial function, with greater emphasis from the promulgation of the Constitution of 2008, where it was established as regulatory body of the notary to the Council of the Judiciary. Being our objective to analyze the evolution of the notary in the city of Guayaquil, qualitative research was applied using data collection techniques for research. |
| Description: | Dentro de la presente investigación se desarrolla un estudio pormenorizado de la historia del notariado y su evolución, empezando por los antecedentes de la actividad notarial en Egipto, Palestina, Grecia, Roma y su expansión por Europa y América Latina, como se estableció en nuestro país y su desarrollo del notariado en la ciudad de Guayaquil hasta la actualidad. Así mismo se desarrolla un análisis de los cambios que ha generado la evolución del notariado en las normativas que regulan el sistema notarial, al ejercicio de la función notarial, con mayor énfasis a partir de la promulgación de la Constitución del 2008, donde se estableció como órgano regulador del notariado al Consejo de la Judicatura. Siendo nuestro objetivo analizar la evolución del notariado en la ciudad de Guayaquil se aplicó la investigación cualitativa utilizando técnicas de recolección de datos para la investigación. |
