| Résumé: | The present work aims to clarify the obsessive neurotic structure by means of a clinical case, with which the use of psychoanalytic concepts and theorizing will become evident. The case accounts for the obsessive thoughts, the ghost of the subject in said structure, his particular symptoms that lead him to the doors of analysis, the way in which jouissance appears in the subject, and the articulation with this depressive picture that it concerns and makes it impossible to make a social bond with others. The subject appears phenomenologically depressed, with an uncontrollable sadness, and with the constant concern of doing things right or wrong. This consumes him mentally, being strange to him, since he is always considered a good son, father, and friend. The concern of others for said depressive state and certain aggressive attitudes invite him to seek help and to find more things in the aspect of his story. |
| Description: | El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo esclarecer por medio de un caso clínico la estructura neurótica obsesiva, con lo cual se pondrá en evidencia el uso de conceptos y teorización psicoanalítica. El caso da cuenta de los pensamientos obsesivos, el fantasma del sujeto en dicha estructura, sus síntomas particulares que lo llevan a las puertas de análisis, la manera en la que aparece el goce en el sujeto, y la articulación con este cuadro depresivo que lo atañe e imposibilita a hacer lazo social con los demás. El sujeto aparece fenomenológicamente deprimido, con una tristeza incontrolable, y con la preocupación constante de estar haciendo las cosas bien o mal. Esto lo consume mentalmente, siéndole extraño, ya que siempre sea considerado un buen hijo, padre, y amigo. La preocupación de los demás por dicho estado depresivo y ciertas actitudes agresivas, lo invitan a buscar ayuda y a encontrarse con más cosas en la vertiente de su historia. |
