Abstract

The methodological proposal presented has its origin in the difficulties that arise in the virtual modality, at the time of establishing emotional ties between teachers and students, which is why the teaching and learning processes are hampered. For this, a mixed methodology was followed that allowed the analysis of qualitative and quantitative data on the communication skills that can be potentiated in the area of Language and Literature, they give way to the rapprochement between the learning actors and represent a stimulus to strengthen the affective bond and therefore the educational bond. The proposal consists of involving the expression of emotions in the learning processes, as a potentiator of the desire to learn, since the student can free himself from what is disturbing him through interaction.
