Abstract

The objective of this research work is to analyze the Non-Working Psychosocial Risk Factors that affect the Operational Personnel of a Service Company of the City of Guayaquil in the Year 2021, in order to identify which are the dimensions that could affect the health and work performance of employees. For this study, the non-experimental research method was applied, since no type of manipulation of the variables or data will be carried out once the information is collected and processed. Two data collection instruments have been selected; the Battery of Instruments for the Evaluation of Psychosocial Risk Factors and the Focus Group. Non-occupational risk factors refer to all environments outside the workplace and the influence these have on the behavior of the individual.
