| Résumé: | This work is the development of an analysis of the Paqui clinical case, built from the psychoanalytic orientation, with the aim of making a reading of the structure from a phenomenological and dynamic analysis of the symptoms. The clinical case was called Violent (a) traction because the patient presents a repetition in the choice of a sentimental partner, choosing violent men. Choice used by Paqui's symptom: wanting to help these violent people. When she becomes a couple with this type of men, discomfort and suffering occur, which led her to go to a shelter for women. Inside the center, she began a psychological treatment, in which she was able to locate one of the faces of the symptom, do everything as her mother, continuously fail, in addition to not presenting limitations for giving all of herself to the Other. The case analysis has been able to locate these symptomatic and phantasmatic coordinates as part of a hysterical neurosis. |
| Description: | Este trabajo es el desarrollo de un análisis del caso clínico Paqui, construido desde la orientación psicoanalítica con el objetivo de hacer una lectura de la estructura a partir de un análisis fenomenológico y dinámico de los síntomas. El caso clínico se lo denominó Violent (a) tracción debido a que la paciente presenta una repetición en la elección de la pareja sentimental, al elegir hombres violentos. Elección de la que se sirve el síntoma de Paqui: querer ayudar a estas personas violentas. Ella al hacer pareja con este tipo de hombres se produce malestar y sufrimiento, lo que la llevó a acudir a un centro de acogida para mujeres. Dentro del centro inició un tratamiento psicológico, en el que pudo ubicar una de las caras del síntoma, hacer todo como su madre, fracasar continuamente, además de no presentar limitaciones por dar todo de sí misma al Otro. El análisis de caso ha podido ubicar estas coordenadas sintomáticas y fantasmáticas como parte de una neurosis histérica. |
