Paqui : entre el sacrificio y el deseo.

Abstract

In the present work an analysis of the Paqui case is carried out, which consists of the development of the phenomenological, dynamic and structural levels of the same. In this analysis, the most relevant mechanisms and subjective phenomena involved in the patient's problem are specified from Lacanian psychoanalytic theory. The psychoanalytic orientation allows to elaborate a diagnostic hypothesis in relation to the subjective structure of the patient, which in this case is hysterical neurosis, locating the coordinates of the symptom and the ghost present in her story. The patient Paqui goes to consultation in search of guidance, in a care center for battered women, for problems with her former partners and the consequences they have had on her life. It is from the repetition of their abusive relationships and the questioning they make around them that it makes it possible to address the unconscious elements, typical of hysteria, that are involved in their choice of partner and their subjective position.
