| Résumé: | The present thesis proposes the design of a concentration accommodation within a sports city of Club Sport Emelec-Rf, conceived as an integral model of infrastructure for the training and concentration of professional footballers. The proposal is developed in the urban and natural context of Guayaquil, Ecuador, taking as reference the relationship between architecture, urbanism and sports sustainability. The project seeks to respond to the functional, social and environmental demands of a high-performance complex, articulating architectural design criteria, spatial efficiency and user well-being. The Sports City is configured as a multifunctional and walkable complex, where pedestrian mobility predominates over vehicle use, significantly reducing the environmental footprint and promoting an active experience with the landscape. The main focus of the complex is concentration accommodation for local and foreign players, complemented by training spaces, physical recovery, recreation and technical and operational support services. The design integrates natural lighting and thermal comfort. Landscape planning strengthens the relationship between built environment and ecosystem, promoting biodiversity and the perception of a healthy and harmonious environment. |
| Description: | El presente trabajo de titulación propone el diseño de un Alojamiento de concentracion dentro de una ciudad deportiva de Club Sport Emelec-Rf, concebida como un modelo integral de infraestructura para la formación y concentración de futbolistas profesionales. La propuesta se desarrolla en el contexto urbano y natural de Guayaquil, Ecuador, tomando como referencia la relación entre arquitectura, urbanismo y sostenibilidad deportiva. El proyecto busca responder a las demandas funcionales, sociales y ambientales de un complejo de alto rendimiento, articulando criterios de diseño arquitectónico, eficiencia espacial y bienestar del usuario. La Ciudad Deportiva se configura como un conjunto multifuncional y caminable, donde la movilidad peatonal predomina sobre el uso del vehículo, reduciendo significativamente la huella ambiental y fomentando una experiencia activa con el paisaje. El eje principal del conjunto lo constituye el alojamiento de concentración para jugadores locales y extranjeros, complementado con espacios de entrenamiento, recuperación física, recreación y servicios de apoyo técnico y operativo. El diseño integra la iluminación natural y el confort térmico. La planificación paisajística refuerza la relación entre el medio construido y el ecosistema, fomentando la biodiversidad y la percepción de un entorno saludable y armónico. |
